"Great breakfast, super comfy bed... friendly staff 9.7 out 10"

"Staff were friendly. Room was clean, there was a no smoking sign on the room door but room definitely smelled of prior cigarette smoke. Nice breakfast in the morning."

"Everything was awesome"

"We absolutely loved this hotel in Fernie, BC. An absolutely breathtaking location in this quaint little mountain town. The hotel was nice, very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I truly hope to visit again. Wonderful"

"It was nice , I would stay there again"

"Not as clean as I would expect for a prestige hotel. Very disappointed. However it was very very hot during our stay. Our room was cool and comfortable and the ice water in the lobby was amazing!"

"Sandman hotel has been a disappointment for us. As soon we checked in, we found out the pool has been closed for maintenance. That's one of the main reason why we were willing to pay 50% more for the kids to enjoy. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor, door and shower walls. The bathroom fan wasn't working and as a result mold was on the ceiling. The worst part, the bedroom was 30' away from the train tracks and 2 nights we were barely abto to get any sleep due to constant train...

"Lovely spacious and comfortable room and bed."
