Can’t wait to stay there again.

We stayed in the rail car as the start of our Rockies vacation. The room did not disappoint at all. Staff was very friendly, restaurant was great and rooms were amazing. Well worth the cost and then some highly recommend the extra cost to stay in the rail car rooms it is an experience you won’t be dissatisfied with.

This is a nice hotel, I'd stayed here before, though a while ago. It's well-kept and nicely appointed. I don't mind paying a bit more for a clean and quiet place to stay and that is the case here. If I have one small negative it would be that there is no coffee maker in the room, I don't mind going down to the lobby in the morning but I think paying nearly $10.00 for two coffees is a bit excessive. The room rate is already a bit higher so I'd expect this to be a perk that's included.

Lovely, clean quiet and pretty hotel! Comfy beds. Pool was great, and both the coffee shop and the hotel restaurant had very good food with great service. Pesto pizza was the best!! I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Cranbrook. I like to walk, and it was a short walk to the Saturday farmers market. Great experience in Cranbrook.

Great location and great hotel. Only complaint is the staff don’t seem to like being there. Always had the feeling I was imposing on them if I asked a question etc. hopefully some training and management guidance will help the situation at the hotel

Great onsite restaurant

Really enjoyed the attached restaurant for dinner, although we did get evacuated mid-dining due to a false fire alarm. Room was comfortable and extremely spacious with a huge bathroom. Unfortunately, our toilet had problems flushing and the carpet was stained in several places with a ripple near the bed that mobility affected persons may find cumbersome. Our room faced the back and train tracks, but the train was barely audible.

Great property, clean rooms and lots of food options nearby and in the hotel. The gym is incredible!
