"The hotel was really good. Everything was clean and organised, and the staff were polite. Parking is available, but you have to pay £25 per day.
There’s a train station around 5 minutes walking, and in about 10 minutes you can reach Big Ben. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Overall, I was happy with my stay."

"Staff were miserable. The toilet and shower facilities were disgusting. I appreciate it’s a hostel but this has been by far the worst one I have personally ever stayed at. Rooms were smelly even though windows were open. "

"Nice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting common"

"No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation. "

"The room was clean. The hotel is making efforts to go green. Whenever you asked for anything they sent someone to your room immediately. The doormen were excellent and helpful. The location was great! All good things to say about this hotel."
"Would stay again .EVERYTHING you need is right there. Down the street is the Victoria and Albert museum and Museum of Natural history. BEds were so comfortable. Staff so wonderful. Walked out of gloucester tube station and there was the hotel. Another place close by is The royal Albert hall."
"Incredibly beautiful hotel, kind and accommodating staff, delicious restaurant. Rooms are stunning and quiet. Close to underground station. Would absolutely stay here again!"
"Staff very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The kitchenette was convenient and a great addition. However, the T.V. was completely misplaced—it faced the wall, making it impossible to watch, so I never used it. The hotel was quiet, and it’s within walking distance of Cromwell Hospital, which was very helpful."
"At check in the young pretty lady on reception was absolutely delightful, smiley and went above and beyond in my eyes. We told her that we were going to see The Lion King at the Lyceum. Not only did she explain how to get there and the length of time each stage would take she even printed all the information off for us! Being from West Wales, having no underground systems and a bus that comes only twice a day, that was invaluable! We were naive enough to think we could just book a cab at the hotel but she explained that during rush hour, traffic would be at a virtual standstill, something I hadn't even considered!
Our family room was spotless and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I'd ever slept in! If I could have taken it home, I would!
There were all your basic needs there, shower gels, hand wash and loo rolls etc and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits..Being 4 of us, more milk was needed which was quickly and courteously supplied. My ONLY criticism was that although there were usb wall sockets and plenty of plug sockets on the 'kettle side' of the room, there were no sockets available next to the beds. Meaning my grandkids couldn't play on their phones and have them charging whilst lying in bed! I know..... poor things right?!!
Staff were extremely polite, helpful and had smiles on their faces which means so much to me and the cleanliness was excellent in the breakfast area. There was a superb range of breakfast foods available too. 10/10!"
"Room was perfect for my husband, grandson and I. Staff went out of their way to help us set up taxi service and very accommodating. Will be staying there again on our next trip!"
