"Unique and gorgeous antiques. Lobby fireplace cozy. Staff was great. Such a beautiful building, grounds, and rooms. Thermal pools were being renovated so they gave us free entry to the Polynesian thermal pools. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"What a gem! We loved the heated pool & hot tub & slide. We used them each night in winter! We could walk to the Wanaka tree & the lakes edge. Town was a little bit farther, so we took the car, but it is walkable if it was a little warmer. Our family appreciates 2 bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We spent a day skiing at Cardrona and the drive was easy. I highly recommend this property! "
"I book for 1 bedroom apartment that can fit 4 people, We have to pay NZ$ 50 for every extra persons ( which include my 4 year old girl) , have to pay for internet.The room is quite old and in second floor, we have to drag all the luggage up to the apartment. Close to town center , just 50 meters from Lake Wanaka."
"We had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The view of the lake from our room was wonderful! Our place was very spacious and offered many amenities which we greatly appreciated. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We were rather disappointed that our place was not serviced despite our leaving out a door tag requesting service.
