"Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising."

"Very relaxing stay the staff were very friendly on arrival and showed us around the lush gardens. We had the pleasure of staying in the church loft, very unique experience. The only thing that could be improved is the light outside the church front windows (security light) in the common lounge area is on 24/7 and is very bright at night shining through the stained glass window on the front door. Shame it is not on a sensor after 9-10pm. Otherwise we would definitely come back."

"Sarah was very accommodating for us a we arrived very late evening, the heater was on for us and the room was very spacious and clean. The bed was more comfortable than other ls ive slept in at fancier motels so I was stoked with a good night sleep. Will be happy to revisit again."

Noisy in the evening until late from other guests, and then about 8am bins being emptied and trucks delivering to the bottle shop next door. Staff were helpful and friendly. "King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat. "Beautiful location but felt like a road-side motel. I understand that they are having renos but hardly any staff around, beds were at least 20 years old and amenities were below par for premium prices that they charged. Maybe will be better once it becomes Peppers."

"The hotel is really lovely with gorgeous beach views but it is starting to show to wear. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was falling apart, and the curtains were useless resulting in being woken up with the sunrise. Everything else was good.
