The trip hazard at the office door, my sister fell despite the warning signs… this needs to be a ramp… not a step… also the lift not servicing the upper level- it only served the restaurant .. bit if a struggle with suit cases for elderly people like me.. loved the room, nice and quiet- spacious ...
