"We checked and went to our room. It was dirty walls had patches, and never really fix properly. Dirt on the tables instantly pulled the comforter back and spotted bedbugs."

"We didnt eat or drink at the resteraunt in the hotel, just because we had othe places we wanted to leave. Everyone was super friendly, the hotel was clean. Our only problem was a small leak under the sink in the bathroom, but so insignificant, we just threw a towel down. Shower was amazing. Great pressure and 3 hyrdromassage heads.... Good location we walked everywhere. Definitely would stay here again."

"Unfortunately, due to this hotel NOT being very clear, honest and upfront about their fees, their getting 2 stars! I booked a Non -refundable King Size room that I fully paid in advance. The only fee/charge I was informed of was a $5 service fee that was on my receipt showing that's ALL I needed to pay . The details page on the booking, there was NO info about a $100 hold at check in. This hotel didn't even give Hotels.com much information. The front staff member acted very non chalant as if he knew it was wrong but let me think Hotels.com was at fault. I only decided to write a review because I don't want others to be surprised by any additional fees or a hold being placed on your card especially for a room that was FULLY PAID IN ADVANCE!"

"Breakfast options were good. Cleanliness was okay, but thought the hotel would be a little nicer for the amount spent on the room."

"My stay was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place for the most part was great. My only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. It wasn't horrible but you can definitely tell that whoever cleaned it did a rush job. The shower floor was in need of a serious clean and scrub down. The toilet also wasn't cleaned properly. Everything else was fine. Over all I would stay at this hotel again though."

"First time staying here and it was great! The staff was friendly, our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t have to get up at 4 am to make it to breakfast, it didn’t end until 10, which was perfect! Great place to stay if you’re seeing a concert at the MegaCorp Pavilion!"
