Amazing place to stay Quirky with so many things to see and do. Wine bar was terrific. Live music, well laid out venue. Mr grubb food was really good and the accommodation was a highlight. We will be back.

Oakdene Vineyards guesthouse

It was a lovely place to stay in a quiet spot surrounded by vines. The restaurant was in a nice outdoor courtyard and our food for lunch was lovely.

Fabulous boutique guest house.

This was a really fabulous guest house at a funky winery. Friendly, helpful staff. Great room. Fabulous breakfast hamper provided. One improvement would be a table and chairs to sit at for breakfast.

Boutique winery stay

A beautiful boutique stay on a winery property. While the wine bar was closed, there was a fabulous bistro on site. We were in the “water” themed room tastefully decorated with lots of blues and glass fittings, up a flight of stairs in the old manor house amidst Interesting and quirky grounds (see photos). A lovely breakfast box was delivered to the room the afternoon before.

Left hungry

Room and service were excellent however breakfast was very poor. We got a tray left outside our door the afternoon before . The contents were very poor. No bread for toast despite having a toaster in the room.

Very quarky, funky the entire property. Feels like l am in a Salvador Dahli painting. Good choices on the menu at Mr Grubbs , great food and service The bar and gardens are fabulous. Would recommend to everyone.

The Marlyn room was a fun place to go and stay. Oakdene winery is very convenient to many of the other local wineries in the area and close to all the things you need for a great stay. The team out there were very friendly which made the stay most enjoyable
