Needs improvement

It wasn't that great. Their was things missing from the room that was supposed to be in their from the page that stated what was meant to be in the room, we didn't get the free bottle of wine that we was meant to get. The TV wasn't set up. Some Of the paint was still wet. Elevator was dirty.

Don't believe the photo's on wotif, the place is nothing like them. Holes in walls, dirty surfaces, soiled carpets, lots of missing things in the kitchen like a saucepan, plates, cups etc. Reception is not open the hours they say they are. KEEP AWAY!!!

Reception was polite and nice. Room was disgusting. Unclean, marks and stains all over the room. Smell was terrible. Did not stay the night and was charged for one night.

Excellent stay with minor improvement needed

Excellent stay but rooms could be cleaner as in mould in shower and sliding door bottom rails were filthy and balcony had not been washed or mopped clean Very basic cleaning to fridge as liquid stains were present and I had to clean personally before I would put any food in there. Young guy at front desk was very helpful and had great customer service

Reception was friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable, as were kitchen benches but the rest of the apartment was filthy. The carpet was the worst. It was caked in filth and matted. I didnt want to sit on the couch. The size and layout was great. If it was clean i would give it 5*. There was an unpainted and dirty door, walls and doors all dirty, balcony dirty, no hair dryer. Parking was good. I chose to leave early and sleep at the hospital in a chair. I didn't feel comfortable in the filth. Shower was mouldy. I didn't ever go barefoot. Dissapointed as it really was a great room.

As soon as you walk in the smell of the hotel puts you off. Cleanliness of the hotel was pretty disappointing. Our shower has stains and mould on the shower walls, carpet and couch had stains in it. We booked a smoke free room and had an ashtray out the balcony with smoke butts in it. Couldn’t make a formal complaint because the reception had no one in it.

The property had a stale smell. But just in general the property was dirty, but didn't look it so much just felt it. I guess because they only clean or fix your room up once a week, really. Yes and if you want more linen on top of the 2 towels for the week, ask at reception. The bed room windows, I couldn't see out of because they have never been cleaned. The bathroom was clean and tidy. I will never stay there again, because my stay could have been more enjoyable.

The apartment is up to its par. Standard facilities and amenities. Parking is cheap although it was a maze to locate and getting in and out was a bit confusing through the stairs. But location wise is within walking distance of everything. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming.

I have been a loyal and repeat customer and also a VIP that is entitled to discounts. I never received the discount. Upon check-in the shower had a long black hair in it, under the toilet seat there was a hair, one of the plates in the cupboard had food stuck on it from a previous occupant, and the oven is that dirty when turned its so smokey that it triggers the fire alarm. Lost a good customer.

Poor communication re off street parking and no clear signage in the car park to access the lobby. Poor WiFi and room was not clean, numerous scuff marks on walls and the room had a stale odour. Will not stay again.

I liked that we had a small kitchen to use however we only had one plate, no tea towel to dry dishes and the utensils weren’t the best. The bed was comfy and they let us book in late which was great since our flight came in late and the staff were friendly. The car park was tiny and We couldn’t get our car in there with all spaces taken, there should be allocated spots to make it fair as we had to park on the street. The shower was nice but needed a good clean. Buy over all for the price it was a nice place to stay

The staff were friendly and upgraded my room after I complained about the noise and cleanliness. The rooms are not clean (toothpaste on doors, bins we're filthy, carpet had unpleasant stains), kitchen not equipped with simple things like knives and pans are rusted. There were noisy guests throughout the night. I checked out early to stay elsewhere. The hotel needs a serious makeover!!!
