"Beautiful hotel, inside and out! Great breakfast with several choices of food and beverages. Very roomy lobby, plenty of comfy seating. Fitness and pool areas. I was in room 212 and it was super convenient and comfortable. Accessible shower with seat. Room has microwave and small fridge. Two large TVs, one in seating area and one in front of bed. Temperature worked very well. Very nice hotel staff."

"Room was clean"

"The room was clean and the front desk person was engaged and tried to help. The problem seems to be with the management. There were several rooms reported in which the televisions were not working. The TV itself worked, but no channels, nothing to watch. I happened to be the first to report it. The manager was called and took absolutely no action, just saying maintenance could not be called in until morning. I felt a more proactive approach should have been taken. This property is in a location...

"There were several guests having a problem checking in. Not sure where the fault fell. The place is OK, cheap enough to deal with its shortcomings. Whoever is doing the breakfast now doesn’t believe in keeping the area clean and stocked (not that it’s anything to write home about)… can stand around gossiping with coworkers though. And again… For the price of the room I don’t mind eating breakfast elsewhere."

"Very kind workers."

"Gorgeous grounds and mansion. 38 acres of ponds, fountains, and sculptures. Fabulous meals."

"It was good all in all but was the worse pillows ever to sleep on."

"Rooms were musty . No water pressure in the shower. No waffle mix or syrup for a week come on man."

"It was a little outdated and the bed was not comfortable at all, pillows were many different sizes and not that comfy as well house keeping made the bed but didn’t change the sheets."
