I should have been told when reservations were made that the hotel was under construction. There was only one entrance and exit on the side which made it difficult for accessibility.
Much of the parking lot was closed making parking difficult.
The pool was closed which we should have known ahead of time as needed for physical therapy.
Staff that serviced rooms could not understand request. When we asked for clean towels they must have thought we did not want the room cleaned as did not for the three days. I had to go to them with my garbage and ask for new bags using hand signal. The people at the front desk did not seem to care.
At least the breakfast buffet was clean and the food was good.
I feel like I was cheated and did not get what I paid for.
