"The overall aesthetics of the hotel were very nice. Unfortunately, the A/C took forever to get the room cool. My daughter and I were a little miserable. Then when we finally got in the bed to watch tv, the tv kept losing its signal. The sink drained slowly. Nice hotel, but we did not have a good experience. "

"Had an issue with shower running same time as bath but room was nice, cool and quiet. Some parts are worn down. Worse part for me was paying 18 bucks for breakfast buffet for me and a toddler that didnt even eat it because it tasted horrible. Should have taken being the only guests in there as a sign. Dont waste money on their breakfast for sure. "

"It was an unfortunate incident that caused me to be there but the staff welcomed me gracefully Adeline, Houston and Kevon were amazing and if there was anything I needed they all showed up to assist, and I'm grateful!"

"We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they had us bring the soiled linens to the front desk which was really gross. They did not offer to remove the bedding, remake the bed, or help in any way. There was a small apology, but the overall response was underwhelming. The room had a funky odor that we thought went away with turning the fan on, but we realized our noses had just adjusted. Breakfast was decent, check in and out were fine. "
