"Great stay as always. The only issue we experienced was the resort not having wash cloths available. We ended up going to Walmart to some for our stay. Overall, this was a great getaway."

"Our family spent spring break week here and had an amazing time. The room we had was clean and spacious. The only thing I would say could use some improvement is the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable and there should be a vacuum available in the room. Another resort we stayed at in the area a few years ago had a vacuum in our room. The carpet was also pretty dusty and dirty, I doubt they wash them with a wet vacuum, but I guess thats why they chose a darker color carpet. The amenities were pretty good, lots of activities for the kids and the heated indoor pool and basketball court was the highlight. Since its still cooler weather, we didnt get to check out the outdoor pool but it looked pretty neat. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal, specifically Peyton who was the main person we communicated with during our stay. They had the option to communicate via text which was so convenient than having to call the front desk. We needed something sent to our room and Peyton got it taken care of super quick. She also checked on us periodically and even gave us a heads up during one of the days when they ran out of towels at the pool and advised us to bring our own. The location of the resort was close to everything which was convenient as well. Everywhere we needed to go was a short drive away. We will definitely consider this resort again the next time we come down to Williamsburg."

"Everyone is so helpful at the Stony Creek VA Fairfield Marriott!They even offered a more convenient room for my husband and I since my husband is handicapped.The complimentary breakfast offers so many choices!I loved the egg,cheese,ham croissant breakfast sandwich.Our King Suite was clean and spacious.We have stayed their a few times on our travels and will continue to book this hotel! A plus accomodations right off I-95"

"Well lit parking. Secure outer doors with electronic keys. No breakfast items, only coffee. A nice looking appearance from the road, but hides less than average former (current?) EconoLodge. Room appeared clean except awful stained and dirty looking bathtub. The faucet on the sink was about to come out of the bowl and the water pressure was quite low; often just a dribble. The beds were ok and the inside HVAC worked ok. Internet access is possible but very cumbersome to get an actual connection. The desk would have fallen in on loose and wobbly legs if I hadn't kept it pushed tightly against the wall. I was there 3 days and NEVER got trash service or fresh towels. No gym. No pool. The low price was probably a little high in terms of overall value. If you're on a budget, don't expect much."
