"Clean"

"Stated for a girls staycation, loved the location. Nearby a fave cafe, Italian food truck (highly recommend), and the new Goldies bar. Right on the beach. The room we chose gave very much beachy vibes and was appropriate for 2. Only let down was we booked a spa/ hot tub room, but the spa turned out to be a jetted bath. Not really appreciate for friends to share. Otherwise a great stay and would be happy to go back."

"We booked two nights here but one night would have been sufficient. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the views are fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was dated and the entire resort has seen better days. Dinner was a mixed bag; the salmon main was delicious but the pork belly was all fat and the vegetables overcooked. We ate out on our second night. We had breakfast included and it was mediocre at best. The pastries were stale and the continental selections were...

"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉"

"We had a great time in the Heritage Hotel, stayed at the deluxe suite which was quite a spacious and homey room. Used amenities such as the pool and spa which was easy to locate. However, there was a miscommunication with the front desk and cleaning staff as they had been informed we had checked out prior to our leaving which was an awkward moment - hope it was just a mistake - otherwise a nice spot and not so far from nearby food runs."
