"Great experience. Property is older than I expected but clean and we'll maintained. Staff helpful and courteous. No elevator so plan on hooking your bags up a flight of stairs if u are on 2nd level. Recommended."

"I was surprised to actually see the size of our apartment. It was spacious. And well decorated. More surprising was the fact that Sacred Waters is on the lake edge side. I did not know beforehand that there can be hotels/apartments on that side too. When we went out of our apartment and walked directly on to the lake front walking track, we were so thrilled and happy. Outstanding."

"Bed was comfortable. Room was small, no cupboards. We stayed in a studio. Bathroom was updated and fresh."

"View was amazing and room was comfortable. Could use a touch up but everything else was great."

"We had a good stay with two kids. Only suggestion is to get a dim light for lights above bedroom which are way too bright."

"A hidden gem right on the lake front. We had room 3 - stunning lake and mountain views! Location is just spot on for quick access to everything. Quite - no road noise, a spa tub in the room, excellent heating and a comfy bed to boot. What else can I say? Book it!"

"We had an event on in Taupo and booked a studio apartment . The two staff members we interacted with were excellent and took their time to make our stay more enjoyable. We would stay again."

"Rooms were clean and tidy, buildings were well maintained and pool and gym area lovely. Pool bar service was extremely slow and drinks not great and room service food below average. Pleasant stay aside from that."

"ห้องพักสะดวกสบายดี กว้างขวาง มีอุปกรณ์ทำครัว ติดทะเลสาบ เดินทางสะดวก"

"It was a very enjoyable stay. Unit was clean and Staff very helpful. Was surprised with the additional mineral pools which was a real treat"

"The management is very friendly and helpful, and accommodated our request to move room willingly. The spa is brilliant"

"ประทับใจมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวกสะบาย วิวสวย พนักงานต้อนรับดีมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน"

"We stayed only one night but I really think this is a place you would want to spend a couple of days to get maximum benefit from everything on offer. Only issue was the soap dispenser in the shower ran out of soap while I was in the shower (last one of three to use it) other than that enjoyable stay."

"Fine for a night or a stopover as a solo traveller. I booked the room thinking breakfast would be available, only to find out in the morning that it’s only on weekends. Staff were nice and helpful. Pipes were a bit loud when neighbouring rooms using facilities."
