"On arrival I had no towels in my room. I asked the front desk three times for a towel. They kept tell me that house keeping would bring it. Eventually I walked down to reception and saw a big trolley of towels and got it myself"

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in the beginning of April for 3 nights on our way back from our primary trip the New Zealand and Australia. The Hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had plenty of room. The actual beach area is ok. There could be more seating options out there. The pools are very nice, which is one of the reasons we booked here. It can be a little tricky finding a spot to lay in the shade / sun. As with most island resorts, things move a little slower than normal, but always with a smile."

"Suggest getting a ground level unit - no lifts Very disappointed that when ordering my meal everything came out of the kitchen at the same time. The main was taken back and left under a heat lamp - didn’t bother eating it. I don’t think the premium you pay to be at Gateway compared to other very close by hotels is value for money"

"Property is good for couple nights stay . Pool is really tiny and only 8 lounge chairs . Beach in front of hotel was clean , rest of the beach had a lot of garbage which I picked a garbage bag full close to the hotel . Having breakfast included in our room was a nice bonus"

The food…. Awful for every meal. Except the room service chicken wrap from the children’s menu. But you pay like you’re visiting the best restaurants in New York. "

"Early check in was needed after being diverted via Samoa on an international flight. The front desk staff confirmed my room could be refunded after we could not check in early and I was still charged for the room. Extremely disappointed in the Ramada and would not recommend. "
