"We love here! The beach is in front of the hotel, very easy to access. The pools are pretty nice size, not huge. The room is so clean and nice size, the beds are so comfortable. We love the location as well, it is super easy to access 2 properties so we don’t have to eat everything in here everyday. I wish they have some shower room in the fitness area because our flight is later time so we stayed in the pool after checkout time. That’s the only reason I didn’t like it but I recommend here to stay around Waikoloa."
"The good: beautiful property and expansive, rooms were updated, clean, modern, and comfortable. Close to off-property shopping and dining (which you will need due to the expenses(
The bad: there’s a single parking lot literally 0.60 miles from the room we had. It’s even further if you’re staying at the next tower over. The parking and on-campus food and drink were exorbitantly expensive. Breakfast was $55 for the buffet; if you don’t want that, you can have coffee and a danish and it will still be $21. Other food and drinks were expensive too and ordering online had a service charge added that wasn’t mentioned when you placed the order. It felt like intentional. Parking was $48 a night. It’s a pricey place and not worth it, in my opinion. The weight room needs a refurbishment too—machines were rusty and outmoded. "
"The kitchen in our unit came equipped with everything we needed for cooking; it also had its own barbecue grill which was great for dinners in. The property is well laid out, parking is convenient to the unit and the whole resort feels very high end for an affordable family stay. "
"We had a wonderful stay at Paniolo Greens. Toni, Inez, Rose, and Kiana were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests, which made everything feel easy and welcoming from the start.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the golf course, mountains, and even the ocean in the distance which really adds to the relaxing ambience.
Inside, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
"The condo was dated. 2” Ceramic tile counters kitchen and bath. Wall to wall carpet dirty. Old kitchen appliances. Limited kitchen ware. Expect to bring everything, salt, plastic wrap, supplies. No beach chairs.
Patios outside were nice; views from all windows were exceptional. Pool was comfortable with lots of loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. We had no contact with any staff, except friendly gardeners. "
