I do not recommend this hotel due to the reasons below: There is no a/c in common areas - lobby & restaurants The pictures taken are very old - the hotel needs major renovations and there is black mold in the bathroom and stains on the walls Poor customer service - it takes over 10 minutes to sign for a bill and takes over 3 employees to get it accomplished and there’s so many employees but no one will help with bags, where things are located, etc. There is only one restaurant and only two swimming areas to go to - everything else was closed I was really disappointed with this experience considering how lovely the hot spring pools are.

Я обожаю этот отель. Здесь надо пожить, чтобы почувствовать его расслабленный комфорт и изысканную красоту. Бассейны с минеральной водой, грязевые процедуры по желанию (я-обязательно!), большая территория и фантастический вкусный воздух от кайяпутовых деревьев! Райский уголок. Для желающих окунуться в море сделали трансфер и млжно съездить в парный отель на пляже Хо Кок. Персонал всего отеля и особенно ресепции-образец приветливости и профессионализма! Как я их озадачивала...то мне понадобилось в Дананг, то в Далат, то в Хошимин, то у меня днюха у подруги и подайте сюрприз-все подали, узнали, проводили, организовали. Высший класс. В этом году улучшили и так неплохие завтраки-появились вкусные сыры и горячие европеизированные мясные блюда. Всем большое спасибо! Надеюсь вернуться .

Beautiful Resort and perfect for food poisoning.

Very nice Resort, can't say enough. However, the morning breakfast cafeteria was sooo hot, it was unbearable. No way possible to sit and enjoy your breakfast. The cafeteria was at least 10 Degree hoter then outside, perfect condition for food poisoning. Was very sick after breakfast for two days.

リゾートホテル

リゾート施設内にはコテージタイプの部屋等、ありますが、私が宿泊したのは、ホテルタイプの部屋でした。 部屋はきれいですが、少し古い感じもします。 スタッフは英語対応できますが、自信がないのか、フレンドリーというほどではなかったです。 朝食はちょっと残念な感じ(^◇^;) リゾート自体は一日中楽しめると思いますが、アクセスが大変でした。

Gia đình tôi rất thích không gian nơi đây; nhưng có 1 số mặt hạn chế : - Phí resort trong biên nhận bao gồm Phí sử dụng spa nhưng Khách sạn báo là không có tiêu chuẩn như vậy và mình không được hưởng mặc dù đó là mục đích thứ 2 mình hướng tới khi đặt tại reosrt này. - Ăn sáng nghèo nàn, không ngon. - Tìm chỗ ăn uống ngoài resort rất xa và rất ít chỗ để ăn; muốn ăn ngon phải chạy về hướng Hồ tràm thêm khoảng hơn 20km. * ưu điểm: -Được tắm khoáng lúc nào cũng được. QUang cảng rất đẹp, yên tĩnh, phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng

Хитрости персонала

Номер на 2 эт. в отдельном 2 эт. доме. При заселении номер был грязным, мусор, забытые пачки сигарет и банки, черные волосы и грязная ванная. В номер "забыли" поставить 2ю бутылку воды. Забрали паспорт при заселении. При выселении мы спустились на 1й этаж - показали ключи уборщице. Она ключи не забрала, а отправила нас на ресепшн. Уборщицы засуетились и одна кинула ключи другой на 2 этаж. Та поймала их и побежала на 2м этаже. Она номер не принимала, ключи не забирала. Мы ушли на ресепшн, отдали ключи попросили выписать нас из отеля - она позвонила по телефону и сказала что уборщица говорит о пропаже одеяла из номера! Мы возмутились, потребовали вызвать полицию в присутствии которой и сотрудников отеля мы покажем наши вещи. Я предложил поговорить с уборщицей вместе. Но они отказались. Мы не первый день в Азии, достали телефон и начали снимать. При виде камеры персонал приуныл и начали говорить что это случайность и тд. Я настоял чтобы менеджер подошел к нашим вещам - открыл рюкзаки и показал содержимое - естественно одеяла не было. Видео этого "происшествия" тут - https://youtu.be/iGTk_SgUSFg Паспорт нам вернули, схема не сработала. В целом я доволен отелем, отличный ресторан, включены прекрасные завтраки, на ужин мы также очень вкусно поели где-то на 1 млн донгов. Жаль что впечатление портят такие нерадивые сотрудники отеля, которые так неудачно "ошибаются" Настоятельно рекомендую вселяться и выселяться из номера в присутствии сотрудника отеля и включенной камеры.

男4人で宿泊しました。部屋は6ベッド(シングル)の部屋を選びました。大変静かです。タクシー利用したので翌日迎えを頼んでいたこともあり2日目が忙しかったです。広大な敷地なので全部回りきれず残念でした。もう１泊して足湯やテニスなどじっくり楽しみたっかたです。

Vi kom dit sent och var långt bort från Vung Tau (vilket vi antog var rätt nära). Hotellet var öde och alla deras faciliteter var mer eller mindre stängda. Fanns inget att göra. Vi lyckades boka till deras resort vid kusten men var inte mycket bättre där. En besvikelse att fira nyåret där. Det var däremot häftiga varma källor som vi kunde njuta av under en dag. Hade det varit folk där så att hotellets faciliteter hade varit öppna tror vi att vi hade varit betydligt nöjdare

все бы не плохо если бы не удаленность от цивилизации и все таки персоналу не мешало бы получше владеть навыками массажа тк они себя позиционируют как санаторий и пустили бы автобус до пляжа бесплатный гостей было бы больше тк красивая территория нуждается в лучшем уходе
