Resort has that beachy vibe of a Club Med from back in the 80's, but without the excessive partying. A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. Not at all busy when we were there, so it was easy to schedule a masage, as well as cab rides to wherever we needed to go. A well-needed respite during a month-long holiday through six countries!

This is a lovely tropical beach resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa for 3 nights. While the weather didn't cooperate, we still had a great time. We were greeted by a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and complementary wine. They also provided a complementary photo shoot for my partner and I which is a lovely memento of our time there. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We didn't use the main pools but they looked clean and up to date. I had several spa treatments that were all very good, however, they didn't communicate very well with me about the services being provided and in one case they moved me into a room for my facial where another person was already getting a massage. Apparently, treatments are not all entirely private. I didn't mind but some people might. The hair wash treatment was by far my favorite. my hair felt amazing for a week afterwards. We ordered room service a few times, and it was all very good and delivered in a timely manner. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, snacks and drinks at the beach bar, and we ate dinner at the restaurant on our last night. We enjoyed the food and all of the staff was accommodating and friendly. There is construction going on next door to this property had we been situated on that side of the resort, it would have been an issue. It appears a very large resort is going up next to this property which may impact the seclusion we enjoyed. We picked this property for a bit of isolation and it did deliver.

Overall a nice hotel. However, the listing is misleading. The photos make it look like the hotel is on the beach. It’s across the street. The balcony is so narrow that it was uncomfortable.

I booked the biggest villa at resort, arrive around 1 pm staff told me need one hour ready. So we go lunch head back at 2:30 then the staff tell me check in time is 3pm. Second day i went golfing in early morning back before 11am but my villa still not clean up. then call front desk they said clean up time is 11am, btw they don't check up room in the afternoon. After we finished dinner head back to Villa is all dark, pool light and outdoor light NO one come to turn it on...Five star Villa don't provide body lotion and shaving kit for guest, isn't that ridiculous? I've been in Vietnam lots of Hotel Resort never see one like this, Management and Service need to be improve...definitely NOT recommended!

This is a gorgeous property. Staff is very pleasant. Not empowered to give free upgrades but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Great stay here. Very relaxing and nice to sit at one of the pools, play tennis or be on the beach. I did get stung by a jellyfish, but that’s nature—the workers had vinegar ready & helped relieve the sting. Breakfast buffet was nice, but dinner was just okay. The drinks & juices are amazing. I also love their eco-friendly efforts—the straws are lemongrass instead of plastic, and they have natural bug repellants (lemongrass oil) all around the area you can use. Also many locations for you to fill up your water bottle.

The site was tranquil, well maintained in beautiful surroundings. Beach was good with beach bar, with food available . Two swimming pools, fresh and salt water, salt water is by far the better pool. The room was very nice, the only let down was the bathroom, which needed a refresh. Nothing to not like about the resort

Understated but elegant. Staff was fantastic. They were very cheerful and helpful at all times. The food was very good and the pools, beach and tennis courts were all well maintained, very clean and perfect for our needs. Approaches a five star Carribean experience at a fraction of the expense.

It’s was quiet for Vietnam. But very expensive. Ridiculous actually for Vietnam. The beach was yuck. Pools great, rooms ok, bed brilliant, but maintenance was average. At least ten minutes to the town so you paid heavily for anything. Cost more for three days than the trip to Vietnam and the trip before to Thailand

とても素敵なホテルでした。 受付の方が新鮮丁寧に英語の話せない私らに説明してくれました。アクセスしにくい場所でタクシーあるだろうと思ったらそんなに上手いこといかず不安でしたが、帰りの空港までのバスを手配してくれたり、非常に助かりました。 蚊や虫がいっぱいいるとコメントにあったが、改善されていて従業員さんがまめに対策しているのを感じました。 そして、天気に恵まれプールも楽しめたし夜は砂浜でお酒を飲んで優雅に過ごしました。 ありがとうございました。

Great staff, good food, beautiful grounds

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and the decor and quality of the bedrooms and bathrooms was excellent. The shared common room of the family suite wasn’t air conditioned, and we were too far in from the beach to get a sea breeze, so it was very hot in that room (but good AC in the bedrooms). They did give us a fan so that helped. The facilities and grounds were very, very attractive and the tennis courts were in good shape. The pool needed some maintenance work, but they got right on it when they saw the danger and fixed the problem (worn tile edges). The beach is fantastic and the WiFi was good. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, as well. Thanks again for a nice weekend, we will be back!

Heavenly retreat

I have been coming here for nearly 10 years and usually come 2 or 3 times a year. It is one of my happy places in Vietnam and go there to totally relax on that lovely beach. The staff are great and the hotel has a unique setting amid gardens.

Für ein paar Tage empfehlenswert

Schöne Anlage die nicht mehr ganz neu ist, aber trotzdem noch sehr ansprechend. In der Umgebung gibt es nichts, dass man ausserhalb des Hotel unternehmen kann. Mit dem Taxi kann man in 10 Minuten(5 km) in den nächste Ort fahren. Dort gibt es einen Markt und auch Essens Möglichkeiten.
