4/10 Poor

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us use it but they were listed on booking. The elevator is terrible. The biggest disappointment was they did not give us the room we booked. I had booked one week before our vacation for the whole family to be together and the room with ocean view. But they gave us the reason that the rule changed from 2026. They did not update on their listing and they let me book it for that price and then divided us into two dirty rooms and changed from dirty room to dirty room. Not recommended for family that wants enjoy quiet and beautiful view.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was terrible. I booked an ocean-view room, but all I could see was another building. When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view. The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and is more honest about the rooms they sell. I would not stay here again.

This condo tower's clientele is mostly local Vietnamese, with their local customs etc. The few reviews I found about the terrible elevator service is unfortunately, true. I waited a total of almost an hour ( round trip) during peak check-out time.
