"A very friendly atmosphere and excellent value for money. Most of the staff do not speak much English, but they were always friendly and helpful, and the lady who ran the reception (amongst other duties) spoke very good English. She was also excellent at advising and organising trips. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend. "

The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. "The hotel is new so it is clean and modern. The room was nice. We had the corner room on the 6th floor so there was many windows for light and the veiw. The balcony was big, The hotel is very nice. But the location is very bad. I can see why it was not busy. The main reason people come to the area is for 2 places and those locations are 7.5km away. The buddist temple is another 30 minutes away by taxi. When we checked it would have cost us 277k dong one way. The hotel should offer...

"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"
