"Rathaus Wein & Design is wine themed, so all the rooms are individually decorated, related to a specific wine grower. It is also possible to have a small wine tasting there. Our wine tasting was great, with a friendly and engaging member of staff. All the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Gloria was absolutely amazing, exceptionally helpful and friendly."

"We had a bit of a service complaint on the first night but the hotel fixed it and more than made up for it. The location is great, easily accessible to underground, tram as well as hop-on hopoff tours. It is 10 mins walk from the main museums. The morning breakfast, should you opt in, also has a good variety. "

"빈에 도착할때 지갑, 카드, 현금, 여권을 분실하여 매우 힘든 상태에서 호텔에 도착했는데, 직원들의 신속한 조치로 분실물센터에 연락해주고 머무르는 동안 많은 직원들의 따뜻한 마음을 느낄수 있었습니다. 전통을 중요시하는 오래된 건물임에도 깨끗하게 잘 관리된 호텔이었고 그래서 약간의 불편함은 있지만 음식도 맛있고 침대도 편하고 도심을 관광하기에는 최고의 위치입니다"
