We loved everything about this property. Front desk staff was engaging, polite and helpful. Every area we explored was perfectly maintained and clean. The room had every necessity plus a pants press, which we used and loved. The buffet breakfast and tea bar brought me great joy. They even had a honeycomb with the jellies for your toast. Could not have been more pleased with the hotel and it was a short walk to everything.

It was a very nice experience. Our host when we arrived, Mr Veit (?), was great. The room was very good and the breakfast was very nice, too much to choose 😋. Location, near underground Karlplatz and innercity, is perfect. We recommend this hotel to everybody!

Why stay at a large corporate hotel change when all the beauty and charm of Vienna awaits you at the Kaiserhof! It has every amenity and a history spanning more than 225 years! You will love its full breakfast buffet and is convenient location. I couldn't recommend a hotel more highly!!
