My wife and I spent an enjoyable four nights in this unique hotel. The staff were very helpful and the room had lots of interesting features reflecting the history of the building. The attached brasserie is excellent. The area around Voiron is well worth exploring as well.

Excellent hotel

A very nice notel, with excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Since we were driving an electrical car we chose it because it offered vehicle charging. The portier were very helpful an connected the car himself, and we go the car fully charged overnight, free of charge. Room and restaurant were top quality as well. And pricing very reasonable. Highly recommendable!

Well, where do I begin? The photo of the Hotel on Expedia was spectacular. Imagining like the Hampton Court Palace in England. The field, garden, and tranquility. Sadly, nothing liked it, it's the opposite :( However, our room was very clean and the bedding/mattress/pillows are top notch. Not to mention, Clarins toiletries. The shower was brilliant, unfortunately, the water leaked underneath the enclosure and it was flowing all over the floor. we had to put towels to stop it. Also, the air conditioning was quite loud, like a generator. Bad design. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Our favorites, pillows and bed sheets...

Endroit très jolie, personnel sympathique, bon accueil, mais les chambres ne sont pas suffisamment insonorisées, bruits de la chambre au dessus, bruits de la rue et également bruits du restaurant. Dommage, bel établissement.

Une étape charmante et gourmande

L'accueil est personnalisé et agréable. Le lieu d'exception, aménagé avec goût. Les prestations sont très bonnes. Le service en chambre nous a conquis. La cuisine est excellente. Il y avait une baignoire dans la chambre et une terrasse donnant sur la distillerie de la Charteuse! Petit déjeuner fourni, quantité et grand choix.

Fantastiskt rum och badrum till väldigt skäligt pris. God frukost, där ”basen” serveras på buffet och resten kan beställas. Restaurangen har en stor uteservering i trädgården. Personalen verkade dock väldigt stressade under vårt besök, alla sprang hela tiden (vilket inte var speciellt avkopplande för oss gäster).

Superbe séjour

Superbe séjour dans cet établissement tenue par une briguade de jeunes dynamiques, souriant et professionnels. Le repas était excellent et le service extra. Bon moment aussi partagé avec le barman qui nous a guidé dans la découverte de la chartreuse. Arrêtez vous pour passer un super moment. Merci à toute l équipe de passionnés de cet hotel restaurant.

Hervorragend 2019 restauriertes Schloss mit sehr gutem Restaurant sowie neuen Zimmern und in hellem Marmor ausgekleideten Bädern, alles inmitten eines kleinen Parks, bei Frühstück auf der Terrasse, leider nicht inklusive , Kosten 15,- Euro extra. Die Chefin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Zu empfehlen das Beef Tartar als auch der Tintenfisch 'fruits de mer" auf der Speisekarte. Insgesamt sehr positiver Eindruck.

Que dire …. Un séjour formidable Une équipe de jeunes aux petits soins pour vous, un service irréprochable mais surtout une envie de faire plaisir de faire que votre séjour soit parfait … ils ont réussi, il l’était Côté hôtel, juste un lieu de rêve … une bâtisse magnifique, des jardins très beaux et une chambre très classe et sobre. Il paraît que c’était la plus belle 😊 une terrasse sublime et il est vrai deux petits transats seraient vraiment une belle cerise sur ce beau gâteau. Côté restaurant … c’est juste divin

très bien

Très belle hôtel bien entretenu. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Petit Bemol concernant la gestion de la climatisation qui souffle juste au dessus du lit mais rien de méchant. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très très bon. 10/10
