We arrived at their breakfast at 7:30am. They started serving at 7am. By 7:30, the staff had alerted us they were mostly out of food which was apparent. No dishes either. I understand they can get busy, but poor planning led to this. All of the guests didn’t walk in from the street. They were booked...

"Do not stay here and be careful booking! We were charged twice for the same room and they would not refund. Only 2 small pillows and 2 blankets for 3 people. Nobody at the front desk day or night. Self check-in after making several phone calls and emails. Just terrible."

"Room was clean & spacious with good powerful shower. TV channels a little confusing! We didn't use the spa as it was quite costly at £20 (approx). Restaurant attached does not advertise it's prices for evening meals at the door or provide a menu. We were simply directed to the buffet with no mention of the bar food option. To pay £150 for 3 buffet meals (& drinks) was hugely expensive (& that included a 20% discount). Had we known of the bar food option, we would have almost certainly simply...

"Incredibly clean and cozy — stayed here twice. No human interaction as they message you instructions on how to check-in, however is very smooth process. Had to call them for during my second stay for some support and they answer instantly. Highly recommend!"
