"This hotel was excellent. It was quaint and modern at the same time. We rented two rooms with sea view and I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice and very sweet towards my grand baby. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Surprise little hotel in a great location. We weren't sure how this hotel near Bilbao was going to work out, but the location was outstanding, and very interesting. Easy access to Bilbao. Highy recommend it. The hotel restaurant was a little lacking, but there were many other food options. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. "Stricking design, may not be for all tastes (good fit for mine). Amazing restaurant on site (well ahead reservations a must for lunch and dinner), nice bar. Rooms on the smaller side (unless you book a junior suite or a room denominated "extra") but very comfortable. Right at the edge of the historical quarter, and short walking distance from the modern downtown where all the upscales shops and also great restaurants are. But most important, staff ois great!"
