Days Inn by Wyndham Taunton

8/10 Good

"Very good for a low budget stay after a long day of driving."

Meryan House Hotel

8/10 Good

"The bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. We had booked a double room, the bed was very small, not adequate for two people, in fact when my husband turned over I fell out of the bed. So I am afraid we didn’t feel relaxed and refreshed the next morning. The dining experience was very limited, mainly Chinese food, obviously catered by a Chinese restaurant. The bottle of wine was very expensive, very over priced. Breakfast was good. We felt the host could have been more welcoming and pro-active."

The Castle at Taunton

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and spacious. Despite being over the high st it was very quiet. Staff were helpful which is always welcoming"

The Royal Ashton Town House

10/10 Excellent

"I was checked in by Emma, who is always so warm and helpful."

Yallands Farmhouse

8/10 Good

"Thank you very much Chris and Karen, we have just had a lovely 2 nights stay at your farmhouse. Lovely soft towels, comfortable mattress and good shower spray. You offered a lovely array of breakfast items and we enjoyed everything we ate! Parking was available so that was a huge plus for us, as was the peace and quiet of the location. Both very nice people who were helpful and friendly but not intrusive, thanks again both of you."

Taunton House Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"A staff-less hotel is a new concept for me but it works very well. Access at 12 with a PIN number to get in and another one to access your key. Plenty of free parking. Def stop here again when I’m working that way."
