The location is fantastic, but they really need some upgrades . Cleanliness is good for me but my sisters were not pleased and asked for new bedding linens. They never have anyone in reception that speak English. Never. But I still love going here.

Great hotel just across the street from beautiful Ipatarica Beach. Free breakfast and parking included in the price. Meticulous maid service. Walking and bike paths the entire length of the beach with kiosks to get food and drink with table service on the beach. Best location in Villa Velha.

A decent hotel right off of the beach...Water was a bit too cold / waves too rough to swim, so no chance to enjoy beach ambiance....Hotel staff was friendly enough and helpful, and rooms were OK; basic, but comfortable. If we had to complain, it was because there seemed to be only one iron and blow dryer kept at the front desk for all guests.

Um bom custo benefício e bem localizado. Só sentimos falta de tomadas para carregar celulares, sugiro levar benjamim. Só tem espelho disponível no banheiro, sugiro incluir um no quarto também. A internet também precisa melhorar. Pelo menos no meu quarto estava ruim. Fora isso foi uma boa estadia.

Hotel muito bom, porém me senti enganado, pois as fotos mostra a sacada beira mar, nos colocaram num quarto de costas para o mar, fui questionar, me disse que eu teria de pagar 2mil a mais para ter igual o da foto, isso nao foi acordado na locação, o hotel não fornece bebedouro, tem que comprar agua… fora isso muito bem localizado, tem vários patinetes eletrônicos na frente do hotel e te leva pelas praias da região… o motorista de aplicativo tb funciona bem… fora eu me sentir enganado, adoramos o local…

Great mid-sized hotel right across from a beautiful beach. Friendly, attentive staff. Balcony overlooking beach. Great breakfast included in price. Free garage parking included. Originally booked four nights, ended up staying eight. Loved my stay there! Great value! Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Vila Velha.
