O café da manhã possui boa variedade, funcionários educados e atenciosos. O ar condicionado teve problema com vazamento de água, mas foi resolvido em tempo hábil. Houve troca de toalhas de banho diariamente, mas não fornecem toalha de rosto. Os pontos que merecem melhoria são os travesseiros que são muito moles e com cheiro forte. Também a disponibilidade de uma máquina de café expresso para os clientes comprarem o café quando precisarem, pois só funcionam no horário da manhã.

Ficamos triste por no sabado à noite àpos chegarmos da rua tivemos a noticia que a garagem estava com lotação maximo e nosso carro teve que dormir na rua em meio aos perigos da madrugada de Vitoria . Numa proxima oportunidade devido a essa incoveniente iremos optar por outras hospedagem.
