This hotel is perfect for a traveler with nearness to highway and very simple checkin and rooms. The pub was perfect for an evening drink after a hard drive and the food was very good as well, service at bar great.

Great for people travelling by car, it is placed on one of services of the motorway. The Room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

Handy location

Room was hot and to cool had to leave window open, which meant sound of trucks running all night. Restaurant on site was handy, but not fantastic

Chambre trop sale, trop de poussière, Pas de sèche-cheveux, rideaux cassé, Petit déjeuner : trop moyen et surtout gâché par l'insuffisance quotidienne des estensiles de base (assièttes, verts, tasses). Attente de plus de 30 mn pour pouvoir avoir des oeufs.

Nebenhaus nicht empfehlenswert

Wir lieben das Hotel und waren schon öfter dort. Im Haupthaus sind die Zimmer einfach, landestypisch und sauber. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind herrlich und im Lokalkolorit mit Fernfahrern. ABER: das Nebenhaus (dort mussten wir diesmal schlafen) ist zwar geputzt aber total heruntergekommen und restaurierungsbedürftig. Dusche des Grauens. Wer im Ruta de Europa schlafen will sollte unbedingt rechtzeitig buchen um ins Haupthaus zu kommen.

You don't feel welcome as a non-Spanish tourist. At the reception, the person ignored us and we had to wait until she finished with her mobile phone and then greeted us. After that she was very friendly and fluent in English. For the restaurant we had to wait until 08.00pm for it to open. There is also the possibility to eat at the bar but it was noisy and untidy. In the restaurant, none of the staff could speak english. Which is not a problem if you have an english menu on the table from the beginning. The staff was very nice. however, we don't understand why we had to pay 23€ and others only 13€. The breakfast consists of 1x coffee, 1x orange juice and 1 croissant. This is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The waitress explained to me in Spanish what was for breakfast and asked me if I understood. I answered no because I don't speak Spanish, whereupon she just went off..

Hotel asseado, mesmo à beira da estrada e com o essencial para descansar numa viagem longa e depois de muitas horas a conduzir. Cafetaria com o essencial para um pequeno-almoço ou refeição rápida e a preços que se podem considera acessíveis. Recomendo como paragem para descanso a quem viaja de carro de Portugal para o Centro/Norte ou vice-versa.

Convenient, clean location in Basque Country.

This hotel is like a high end truck stop right along the freeway; the attached restaurant is fantastic for local Basque meats, sandwiches, and other dishes, great beer and wine selection. Restaurant is very busy in the evenings and also offers a great breakfast for very little expense. Rooms are quiet and clean; not a five star hotel but comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, a great place to get a good nights sleep and the attached restaurant and filling station make this a great choice for business travellers.

Séjour catastrophique Restaurant : menu de 22 euros de très mauvais rapport qualité prix Les photos sur le site doivent dater de plusieurs années : chambres spacieuses mais à rafraîchir La réception est située dans une boutique, le bâtiment pour dormir en est éloigné Aucune insonorisation : vous profitez des conversations des voisins, d’un côté l’autoroute et de l’autre les routiers Réveillé vers 1h du matin par 8 personnes très alcoolisées qui hurlaient dans les couloirs, tapaient aux portes, ont vidé un extincteur… pendant plus d’une heure. Appel à la réception, intervention d’un vigile… impossible de se rendormir. Avons fait le choix de quitter cet hôtel !!! Personnel aimable et à l’écoute sauf la personne qui encaissait le paiement au restaurant Un geste commercial de la part de cet hôtel s’imposerait vu que nous n’avons pas pu prendre un petit-déjeuner ou même qu’un café
