"Great location by the water and a few restaurants below. A little tricky to find. The host was good - although our room wasn't ready at check in and I really had to pee so I asked if thete was a bathroom I could use, and I think because of this the host rushed us into a different room than the one we booked so we didn't get the sea view that we booked. Also the hot water was awful. It lasted maybe 8 good minutes then ran out. One of the water bottles in the mini fridge was empty when we got there but the host didn't make us pay for that thankfully. Other than that, the bed was super comfy and it was decently quiet. Good air conditioning"

"We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Parkers. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were delightfully helpful and charming. Meals and drinks on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples were a treat. The hotel was a short walk from Chiaia, our favourite part of Naples. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for a future visit."

"The rooms are very small. Location can be difficult. Electrical outlets are limited. Restaurants nearby are mainly just pub style places serving pizza and wine or beer."

"This was rated as a 4 star hotel... should be a 2 star. Elevators were dirty, furniture in lobby is old and worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast area was very stark and overcrowded, hot items on the included breakfast buffet, (i.e. eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.) were ice cold. Cappucino was luke warm. This was the conditon for eacjh of the 3 mornings we attempted to eat at the hotel. We ended up just skipping breakfast. In the rooms there were no drinking classes (paper cups only) and no ice buckets provided. Our travelling companions room had issues throughout their stay with air-conditioner not working. And finally upon arrival we were told that the following day water throughout the entire hotel would be turned off between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We were able to work arround this incovenience, but for the large group of tourists that arrived the following day, it was a shock. For what we paid and what we received this was a really bad exprience."

The breakfast options were enormous; the roof top bar experience a reason in itself to stay; and the chef for the main dining room prepares creative and exceptionally prepared meals. A reasonable walk to almost all activities in Napoli. "

"Stayed at a lovely hotel tucked away on a quiet street just off Piazza dei Martiri, an ideal location that feels peaceful while still being central. The building itself has a beautiful historic charm, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff really stood out, friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again."
