We found a washcloth dried up in the shower and one of the pillows smelled as if it hadn’t been changed. We arrived pretty late and were heading out early so I didn’t bother complaining. In the morning, I dropped off my keys. The receptionist asked for our room number and I mentioned the room condition. No apology or anything. Just a smirk and a, “I’ll let them know”. I took that as, nothing will change. I have booked this hotel several times for my husband when he travels for work, but this will be our last stay. "
