"Very nice place with friendly staff. Even though its right downtown the parking was right across the street from the hotel which was very convenient."

"awesome stay at a great location, friendly helpful staff, easy parking, convenient to restaurants and everything else"

"Stepping into the Kalamazoo House felt like being transported back in time. The breakfast, prepared by a culinary chef, was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay!"

"Location was good. Building is run down and needs an upgrade."

"Enjoyed our stay."

"Very clean. Great property. The only bad experience was breakfast- they were still trying to get items made and out at 8:45 when breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. What limited items were available were not good."

"Perfect place to stay!!!"

"Rooms were dirty and did not clean any day. Breakfast suck too. Rude staff."

"No microwave in the room"

"It’s was very clean &beautiful place to be appreciated 🙏"

"I would have given 5 stars but when we entered our room there was water on the tile floor. We determined that it was coming from the refrigerator. I reported that to the front desk and was given old towels to mop the water up with and then was told to turn the refrigerator temp colder. We discovered the refrig had been turned off and that the water came from the freezer part defrosting. I feel that this scenario was odd and that we shouldn't have been expected to mop up the water ourselves. ...

"The whole place was disgustingly filthy. The room smelled. The TV did not work."
