Really liked my stay here. I will say the layout is kind of confusing so make sure to ask the check in person for good directions on how to get to parking and other parts of the hotel. The room was really comfortable and I think if I was there for more than one night the other amenities would have really come in handy.

Worst hotel stay ever. The staff were rude and racist. The food was nasty. And they charged me for having a party because there were decorations left in the room, pizza boxes, and cups. Because I got the room for my 3 children and decorated for them for the new year, it was considered a party. The manager Jen was rude and argumentative. 0/10.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but not great. The room was comfortable and quiet. The outdoor space was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Suite was very clean and updated, staff was helpful and attentive, nice outdoor space & pet friendly. Check-in was a little confusing due to Hilton and Hilton Home2 Suites sharing the same location with separate check-in lobbies. Parking was $20 per day in the connected garage but the room key/card allowed us to come and go without any additional fees. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was mostly bland and disinterested. Heat didn’t work right in our room, kept switching to a/c or cool air fan (this was in January). Front desk said all they could do was refer it to maintenance. I was literally shivering. Water in shower took 15+ minutes to reach lukewarm temperature. Once it did, it was hot enough, but wasted a lot of water to get there. Entrance door to our room was very hard to open. I had to have help each time because it stuck so hard and/or wouldn’t release the lock. Room was clean and spacious, though.
