"The room was clean, spacious, and odorless. However, upon entering, it was noticeable that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding how guests should be welcomed. The suite was very spacious, as was the restroom. However, the flush was extremely hard to press and required considerable force to operate. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout our entire stay. In addition, the suite did not have an iron or ironing board, which was inconvenient. Overall, while...

"Rooms are very clean friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good. Food is very tasty. Overall excellent service."

"It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept. The hotel staff are polite, humble, and can communicate in Tamil, Hindi, and English, making the stay comfortable for all guests. "It was nice stay, however, check in was time taking, we needed to wait for almost 30 minutes without any valid reason. I feel they can easily improve on it."

"Great place to stay"

"Bathroom with shower. Clean room, bedding. AC strong. Fan irritating with maximum speed, unsafe. No toilet paper. "

"they maintain very neat and clean, Thier conduct was very professional"

"Nice hotel at this price range, only drowback is we won't get coffee/tea though we get good food. Parking is a big problem in pondicherry, however this hotel has some space to park the vehicle on road."
