The stay was good. Hotel is clean. Service staff is really excellent. Their can be improvement in the food at La Menara. Alisha at La Menara is very sweet and very good at her work. Reception staff is vey cooperative. Thanks for the great stay.

I did not like anything and was quite frankly disappointed in the place adn service considering the price paid, the WIFI did not work most of the time, getting even a complimentary bottle of water took 3 phone calls to reception, the bathroom fittings were all rusty amongst so many other issues...it was disappointing to say the least...

This hotel is OK - reasonable facilities, staff and price. But it is further out from the key area (French quarter) than is ideal and because of all the hard floors everywhere it’s quite noisy throughout. If we came again I’d be tempted to try the FQ, but if I had to stay here I’d be relaxed

everything was excellent except for the fact that the air conditioning was extremely cold, we could not lower the fan speed or increase the temperature setting. when not in the room the system shuts of completely and went we return and insert the card it starts up again and the is a spread of stale moisture from the system probably resulting from spreading of mold spores. the front desk was also pushing the check out time. I would stay at this hotel anytime

Plus que décevant... mais cet hôtel désuet peut plaire à d'autres... Chambre pas propre, draps sales, baignoire rafistolée, piscine fermée... 2 chambres essayées... Nous sommes partis après la première nuit : au check out cela n'a même pas semblé bizarre!!! On le fait remarquer mais bof!... Normalement, la direction d'un hotel devrait s'en inquiéter !!! Nous sommes allés dans un autre hotel, mieux situé et enthousiasmant. C'est la première fois de ma vie (20 hotels par an dans le monde) que cela m'arrive !!! Je ne recommande pas du tout, mais alors pas du tout cet hotel.

Hotel agréable pour un court séjour

Situé à environ 2 kms de la promenade du front de mer et dans un quartier sans attrait cet hôtel a un charme suranné avec un immense hall tout en marbre et des tentures d une autre époque. Les chambres sont spacieuses et possèdent tout le confort moderne : air conditionné + ventilateur tele lcd coffre fort réfrigérateur plateau courtoisie et grand lit moelleux.vous pouvez profiter de la piscine une salle de gym et d un salon de massage ayurvedique. Le petit déjeuner buffet offre une majorité de plats indiens ainsi que des fruits et différents pains. Le hôtel donne sur une grande artère très fréquentée et bruyante donc demandez une chambre côté piscine. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible

Everything that glitters is not gold

The place looks amazing with its glitter and gold. But its all smoke and mirrors. The matress was moldy, and it sept through the sheets, cockroaches and paperthin walls. The staff was great though, and did their best to make it a nice stay. They kept clean rooms and derved nice cheap food, but the place needs a helping hand.
