Old but great!

It's a clean hotel, with super friendly staff. The rooms are clean, but old. No bed bugs, no dirt, no hairs left or anything. The beds are a bit hard, but it's okay. It's roomy enough for a quick stay and there's enough space to use a computer and work. The hotel restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner is great. Overall, a very good option for the price.

Tout bon pour un pro

J'ai passé une nuit agréable, au calme dans une chambre qui sentait bon avec une salle de bain propre et rénovée. L'accueil du personnel était chaleureux et j'ai bien mangé au restaurant, les cuissons étaient respectées et le petit déjeuner était bien fourni.

mon séjour n'a pas eu lieu car j'ai du annuler mon voyage en raison d'un grave événement perso. J'ai prévenu l'hotel 3 jours avant pour leur demander d'annuler ou reporter ma réservation. Ils m'ont balladé, ne m'ont même pas rappelé, pour m'annoncer le jour même que la directrice refusait l'annulation. Aucune compassion, même face à un deuil !!! Je tâcherai de m'en souvenir...

Lamentable passable pour une enseigne comme vous

Je suis arrivée le lundi soir au campanile fatigué après 7h de route. J'ai trouvé dans un 1er temps que la chambre avait besoin d'un bon coups de peinture pour rafraîchir. La salle de bain rien à dire. Puis j'ai voulu me glisser dans le lit la je remarque que le lit avait été remonté mais les draps et les oreillers n'ont pas été changé honteux des poiles et des cheveux avec l'emplacement de la personne avant moi.

Nous y avons passé une nuit au cours de notre trajet. Un peu déçu pour un Campanile qui habituellement propose des chambres plutot très correctes. Nous avons eu une chambre adaptée aux situations de handicap. La chambre faisait vieillote, la salle de bain peu engageante. La télé s’est éteinte au bout de 2 minutes et nous n’avons pas voulu « déranger » le veilleur de nuit, vu que nous sommes arrivés assez tardivement. Sinon le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner très correct.
