We had a delightful room overlooking the river and it was reasonably quiet. The only noise was late at night from some noisy teenagers in the street below. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in.
