"My room smelled like smoke and the sheets looked very stained. I had some concerns about the effectiveness of the door. There was a huge gap along the frame and the security bolt latch didn’t look like it would work if needed. The exterior of the building looked very rough and the interior was dated. The lady at the front desk was very nice."

"Hotel over booked did not get refund for reduction for room. Mgr was not empathetic and blamed expedia. Everyone outside of Jessic was curteous and helpful. Expedia does not believe in accountibily and would not allow me a name the admin that ruined a portion of my vacation."

"The room was clean, but it did not have tissues, the shower head was very rusty and could not be adjusted to change the water spray; the shower hot and cold valve handle could be turned beyond normal range, it almost came off. Not to mention water was barely warm, not hot. Breakfast served hard boiled eggs that were still frozen from being in the freezer and the Tatter tots were raw, not cooked to a brown and crispy appearance."

"Convenient location was about all this hotel had going for it. The room was NOT clean what so ever. Booked a suite, the couch looked like it had been pulled straight out of someone’s trash, there was a used condom on the floor (the staff ended up coming into the room to get it out and disinfect as I had young kids stay with me), the fridge worked at all of 10% and didn’t keep anything cold, and there were several broken items in the room. The staff was friendly and did attempt to help fix the problem, but they said because we booked through a third party there was not much that they could do in terms of a refund. I can tell you when passing by on our way to vacations, this will not be a location I would stay again."
