"The room needed to be clean and was not completed by the staff. I was offered points for Hilton only at this moment don’t know how many points it is."

"Housekeeping staff is outstanding. Their attention to detail is superior. Front desk staff overall helpful and friendly. Some members of front desk staff not as helpful as they could be. While this hotel is relatively up front about fees (like early check in, late check out) some of them are a bit unreasonable. The hotel itself is clean. The decor isn't to my taste but I understand it and it certainly shows commitment to theme."

"Clean warm pool and hot tub. Very nice breakfast buffet"

"Great value near the Villages. Convenient location. Very friendly team. Stayed here multiple times because of the excellent staff."

"Nice rooms- very comfy beds - nice gym with good equipment. Beautiful pool with plenty of towels. No breakfast but complimentary coffee in the lobby. Good location with stores and restaurants in walking distance."

"This place is my home away from home ! I am treated with respect by professional staff!"

"From the moment I walked in there, I told the person at the front desk that the place was very nice. It was very well kept our room that we stayed in Was bigger than normal hotel rooms. It had a couch a table and a chair in there that you could sit and not have to lay down or sit on the bed. It was a little humid in there. I'm not quite sure. The ac worked great, it's possible from too much rain, the breakfast that we had in the morning was very good. We had bacon-and-eggs and waffles and you...

"Overall, the place was OK… I did notice and kill German cockroaches 3 to be exact … the area where they gave me a room could be better. I was situated with most locals living in the back part of the building.. not where I would preferred to be among the almost homeless"

"Loved the location in Spanish Springs. Walking distance to square was amazing. We would definitely come again."

"The hotel is very conveniently located to the Villages. The rooms are spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room appears to be clean but the first room we checked in to had many ants, hair balls on the floor and needed a good sweeping and vacuuming. The second room was better but still the floor and shower should have been cleaned better. I do think the cleaning and maintenance staff is doing their job, it seems there needs to be a better system...

"We’ve stayed here several times for horse shows at Grand Oaks. It’s only 10 mins away and easy to get to. Lots to offer in the area for dining. Hotel was great. Good breakfast included. Beds are super comfy. Will stay here again!"

"Rooms were infested with live bed bugs and roaches. Grounds and pool were unclean and dog feces all over property. Property and rooms should not even be available for someone to stay for even 20 minutes. Should be condemned!"
