I checked out of the property and lost a whole day rather than be at this place. I do not blame the staff as they are courteous, the activity happening in and around this hotel motivated me to simply get the hell out of there as fast as I could. At that point I did not even think about paying for an extra day…thankfully I found another hotel in Tavares that was very good and did not have all these things going on. The room was not clean. The bathroom had clearly been used very recently and was not prepared for my stay. The A/C was marginal. I wouldn’t stay here if it was free. However, I would insist on blaming EXPEDIA for listing these fleabags and passing them off as suitable rooms for travelers to stumble onto. I believe I’m entitled for Expedia to refund me the day I lost as it was a total disaster. I hope you do the right thing. Respectfully, Marcos

Property was filthy. Owner/ management had personal family in lobby in evening. Pool closed at 6:00 pm We checked in 4:30 pm came back from dinner went to room and roaches crawled from behind television and onto cabinet, had to jump out of the way. Filthy carpet in room and hallways. Very rundown. We reported to counter girl and canceled our 4 night stay. We went to Best Western which was very clean, very nice pool open til 10:00 pm Had all amenities, toiletries, nice towels, hot breakfast, very pleasant staff. Quality Inn had no quality at all. Should not be on Expedia.

Well worth the cost

The hotel desk was welcoming, the property clean,well kept up and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed the outdoor pool. The breakfast was adequate but I would have like eggs, which wasn’t available.

The staff were kind and helpful. The refrigerator was making a loud noise and they switched it out for me. Minor things like clock and phone not working but mostly the room on the first floor was comfortable and quiet. In the bathtub was old and stained, but the shower was fine and water hot.

The room was fairly clean except for the carpet; it was so filthy, my granddaughter walked around and her feet were black. The front desk was very helpful with my towel request, and was friendly and professional with check in and check out. This hotel is good for a quick stop on your journey.
