"Just had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. Upon arriving after a long flight w/ no sleep all night, we were told that they did not have a room for us that was booked & pd in Feb. "Le personnel a été très aidant! Lit confortable"

"Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day … We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view … but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!"

"La ubicación es excelente. Lo que no me gustó es tener que subir 3 pisos con las maletas y que un parte de la escalera se estaba cayendo la baranda y con peligro de cortar. Pocos utensilios que apoyen dentro del cuarto."

"Lovely place to stay in Palermo. Location is awesome and very convenient:)"

"Zona comoda, camera pulita"

We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken...

Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....
