Checkin would have been easy (all online) but the website would not let me use my camera which wasted hours for me. If you stay more than 1day BYO TP & soap. Luca estuvo atento en todo momento y fue muy profesional, dándome consejos tanto de dónde comer como de qué visitar. Respecto a la habitación, todo fue genial: cama cómoda y un juego completo de toallas de varios tamaños. Un gran detalle el café gratis con dulces. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de absolutamente todo. Si vuelvo a Bolonia, no dudaré en quedarme...

Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view.
