Perfect location you just have to cross the street, and there it is the beach if you don't like a lot people you can just go in the morning. You will have the beach all by yourself and the the water is clean and calm in the morning.

You're literally right on the strip tends to be a little loud but the room is in a great location you're right in the mix and walking distance from pretty much all the activity in town

Staff was amazing, room had a great ocean front view and it’s like having a little apartment. Monika seems to run the place and she’s super attentive and helpful. I had a tour before having to check in and I was able to leave my bags in my room a little early and she even offered me use of their paddle boards/kayaks.

I would give this ten stars if I could. I would just move in if they would let me. Amazing location, gracious hosts, secure parking, and hip accommodations. I honestly cannot say enough good things. I'll be passing back through in a month. Save me a room!

The staff are the friendliest, happy, helpful people! The location is also fantastic - walking distance to everything. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because the traffic and people noise can go on until late at night. But once the traffic stops you can hear the ocean - sublime sleeping conditions!

The hotel location was good. The room was nicely set up and clean. Our room was very close to the street though and was extremely noisy on weekends. I would recommend somewhere further away from the road. The staff were great upon request but we did have to ask for more toilet paper, cleaning, etc.

Fantastic Place!!!! New shower—tile work, toilet, sink…bathroom all updated. New refrig, tiled floor, new decor, & spacious. Very safe for Solo Travelers. Fabulous view at the beach/ocean! Would highly, highly recommend this cute boutique hotel!!!

Great spot

Location of property is great if you’re doing any water activities located across from marina. Beck is across the street. Everything within walking distance. The locals do play music and cruise the malecón. If you are delicate to noise would not recommend.

Entire property was clean. Staff were extremely helpful through out the ten days. I like a sea view and watching the people using the Malecon and Marina. Fantastic viewing of cormorants, gulls, pelicans. My studio had a thatch roof which made the room cold in the high winds. It also increased the street noise .

Amazing location, amazing views. The staff was very welcoming. The room was very comfy and big.It was nice to have coffee and just walk across the street to the beach. Everything was close by, very walkable and safe community.

Loved the location ! The staff are stellar! Ricardo, Monica, and Manuel always helpful and obviously live what they do. The whale trip and Isla Coronado are amazing ! Highly recommend!
