"Upon check-in I was told that there was no shuttle to the airport and that I would he to book a taxi. I went to my room, found that it did not correspond to the booking I had made and double checked that a shuttle to the airport was indeed advertised. I went back to the reception, to have to face a seriously rude attitude from the employee until I could have what I should have had in the first place. "Great place for spending a night before a long flight…."

"Staff was nice, helpful and attentive. Good location and cheap shuttle for the airport which is good. Hotel is just in a need of a renovation, which is not the staff's fault, aside from that, a pleasant stay."

"Very fast and efficient pick-up and check-in. Close to airport. Staff extremely accommodating. Great breakfast. Highly recommend."

"I didn't explore the area much. But the location is near the train station. I recommend to arrive there before dark or it will be hard to find the way. The room is nice and clean. I think the restaurant there is a famous place for the locals as well because on the Sunday night it was full booked. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport took 10 mins. "

"Very friendly"

"Hotel could advertise the restaurant and bar on the top floor more even upon check in no mention of restaurant."

"Clean, comfortable rooms in a nice central location in Milan. The breakfast is great and worth getting. Not a luxury hotel but a practical fun place. Compare the price versus others when making your book decision."
