"Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm. Beautiful
"Beautiful property, staff, service. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. We only ate in the bar as the restaurant menus did not appeal - food and drink were good here but rather over-priced. Amazing views of the sea, coastline and mount Etna. Great to have a heated swimming pool, although it was closed until 10am so disappointed we couldn’t have a pre-breakfast swim. Very enjoyable stay overall. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff!"
