Hotel is 5 star but is in need of renovation. We had a duplex suite & during our stay had issue with tilt fixtures coming off &?leaking shower head . Even cloth drawers were dropping. Bed was comfortable & size of suite & out door balcony was spacious. Pool area & communal areas were good. Also experienced spa , which was really good. Location near beach & marina , so very convenient

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was amazing with easy access to the Marina, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing!! The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. The rooms were very clean as well as the grounds. The pool was beautiful but needed some upgrades as many pool tiles were missing. Other than that, this hotel is beautiful!! I would definitely stay here again.

All staff are customer focused and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast greeters , the room cleaners and pool staff, go above and beyond and provided excellent service. My only criticism concerned the room as it was tired, and definitely needs attention. The bathroom plaster was falling out of the door frames, the bathroom was shabby. I had previously stayed here and the room was a higher standard, and one of the reason, I returned.

Great location , I recommend the room with ocean view , it is beautiful. Hotel itself is decent but not the most striking 5 star hotel I have seen . Staff however was really good and helpful, hotel clean , food nice. The beach is just outside and not too crowded , unfortunately the hotel does not offer the beds or umbrellas on the beach and you need to pay 10 euros a day in er person for one .

Stayed first two weeks of April and it was the perfect time to be in the Algarve. The Crowne Plaza exceeded all of our expectations. Room was clean, service and staff were on top of everything and helpful beyond! The outdoor pool was beautiful and the beach as close as we needed…. And it was lovely. The breakfast was very good and had many dishes to choose from. We only ate at the hotel for dinner a couple of times but when we did, the meal and service was excellent. Many other restaurants in the area if you only take the breakfast package as we did and had great meals for the 10 days of our stay! Definitely coming back here!

Stayed during the “off season” so the hotel had a small number of guests. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it’s a short walk to the marina where there is an abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza.
