Very noisy from bar/restaurant until 11:30 pm. The unacceptable: Our reserved room was given away and we were placed in a smaller room several floors of stairs higher, and one in our party is handicapped. We were charged the same fee although this smaller room is listed for less on hotels.com. The accessibility issue meant...
