"The hotel was lovely. Quirky decor. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in.
The room was small but was absolutely fine for a 3 night break. Tea and coffee facilities available in the room. Also refillable water bottle that you can full up feom the water machine in reception.
Reception/bar open 24/7.
The shower was good with free shower gel.
Location was great, short distance from the train station, airport shuttle stop, trams and Château des...

"Great location near the main railway station and easy access to town centre. Breakfast offered from 0600-handy for early flight/train departures. Filtered water available in the lobby to fill your empty bottle. Quiet at night, which is a rarity in my considerable experience. Rooms were cleaned well and restocked with paper goods. Staff at front desk were welcoming and helpful. The room was designed more for style than for practicality, though it was spacious enough. Breakfast was fairly basic,...

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is about 20 minutes' walk from the station and close to tram and bus stops. The location was good for getting to the centre of town and the Machines de l'Île. Definitely worth paying a bit extra for a river view as this was wonderful.
The room had good and bad points. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed to be very well sound-proofed - there was a student party down the corridor but we couldn't hear it at all! The room was very warm and didn't have...

"We stayed in the "Executive Suite", aka. the Prestige Suite in the attic up top. Elevators went to that floor, so great! Parking underground was very easy, no tight turns, and plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. The sofabed was too hard and lumpy to sleep on though, and the toilet stank for no obvious reason. The bathtub drain was dirty, but the walk-in shower was fantastic. Lots of space in the suite, and windows front and back. Would stay in this room...

"We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
A special thank you to Marion and Virginie at the reception, who were both incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel very comfortable and were always happy to assist with anything we needed.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for...
