Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement était propre et disposait de tout l’équipement nécessaire, ce qui l’a rendu agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus, surtout en période estivale, et le personnel à l’accueil a été particulièrement accueillant, souriant et disponible ! Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le nombre de prises électriques : il n’y en avait qu’une seule par pièce, ce qui est un peu juste pour recharger plusieurs appareils… Il serait également utile de préciser plus clairement les horaires de la piscine, ainsi que l’heure de départ de l’hébergement : En effet, la réservation indiquait une heure de départ, tandis que le personnel nous en a communiqué une autre (10h ou midi), ce qui peut prêter à confusion… Il serait aussi bien de préciser de manière plus claire si le linge de salle de bain est inclus ou non selon le type de logement, Dans notre cas, la réservation indiquait que les serviettes étaient fournies, mais à notre arrivée, il n’y en avait pas car notre hébergement était apparemment considéré comme un gîte. Heureusement, le personnel a été très compréhensif et nous en a gentiment fourni malgré tout. Mis à part ces quelques points de clarification, tout était bien ! L’endroit est calme, agréable et nous recommandons cet établissement.

Apartamento al que le hace falta una renovación completa. Según entrabas olía a desagüe de una manera muy desagradable. No administran toallas de ningún tipo. Sinceramente, la primera impresión fue de total depresión. La situación en la que se encuentra (en el mismo centro de Vieux Boucau) y la piscina es lo único que salva a este complejo de vacaciones. Courte durée 1 nuit. Endroit sympa. Chambre propre. Bien équipé. Literie creusée, salle de bain douche pas pratique très haute et porte pas pratique c est dommage car Correcte. Les toilettes idem vraiment pas conçu pour personne grande et un peu forte.

On s attendait a mieux pour le tarif surtout la chambre qui ressemble a un couloir de wagon la porte communicante pas fermée à clef et un réveil a 7h20 par des étrangers qui se retrouvent dans notre chambre à l accueil : on est désolés. c est tout ??!! sinon cadre sympa repas buffet très bien et pas mal de choix certains animateurs à la j en ai marre d être la n accrochent pas un sourire ou un bonjour en passant.. un we. ok. une semaine pas possible

Pour une nuit, la résidence (qui n’est pas un 5 étoiles mais c’est clairement énoncé dans l’annonce donc pas de mauvaises surprises) à un tarif intéressant est simple, fonctionnelle et propre. L’emplacement est idéal. La jeune fille de l’accueil a été charmante. Adresse que je garde pour un prochain weekend.
